Remember only those who never read the Constitution and amendments, or can't read English; or who take bribes from Planned Parenthood believe there is a "constitutional right to abortion". there is no such right. new rights can only be created by an act of Congress in Constitutional convention and then ratified by a super-majority of states voting in affirmative for it. 1) "Pro-life centers in New York City have been granted a temporary victory in an ongoing free speech battle"…"Now the American Center for Law and Justice reports the court has issued a stay, so pro-life centers won't face this free speech "burden" while their case is being appealed to the U.S. Supreme Court.

4) Bad news for babies in Nevada: "The Nevada Republican Party is no longer in line with the Republican National Committee on the issue of abortion. The western state decided to strip pro-life language on abortion out of its party platform, making it at odds with the national GOP, which has had a strong pro-life position since the days of Ronald Reagan.
The decision by Nevada Republicans may make it harder for the state to land the 2016 Republican presidential convention, as Nevada is one of a handful of states vying for the spot."

5) Bad news for "higher education" and human beings: Yale Univ discriminates against prolifers. Quote from :http://www.thecollegefix.com/post/17107/ :"A pro-life group at Yale University was denied campus support from the Ivy League institution’s campus-based,
student-run service organization, a decision made by secret-ballot Wednesday after Choose Life At Yale was given exactly one minute to plead its case to the group’s leaders."
So, the moral of the story is that Christians should not apply to Yale until they change their pro-death philosophy.

I think the criminal who stole my GA ID and my Holy Bible with my name printed on it, cut my photo out of the ID and inserted his accomplice's photo which is how it was used to access bank and credit union accounts of mine that began in Colorado. I lived in Colorado only a few yrs and was married a second time there for only 4 yrs and ten months before final decree of divorce from male DBP there. Both divorces of mine are public record--one in Georgia and one in Colorado. I moved to Missouri on Oct 31, 2009 to the same apt I am creating this blog from, which is my only residence.
I have NEVER had blond hair even as a tiny child. Both of my daughters were very blond up until college, but their hair is also darker more like mine now. But I know for certain that one of the accomplices of DBP who lives in Colorado dyes her hair a platinum [false looking] blond because she's old and gray- headed if hair not dyed blond. That is a statement of fact relevant to an on-going investigation into who is using my name and identity. I have been reported as blond yet I have NEVER been blond and NEVER dyed my hair. If you see my selfie from 15-March-2014 on about me page, you see the slight grey tendrils at my temples in my hair. I reason I earned them! And I'm keeping them.
Also as a statement of fact, I am a private citizen and not an employee of anyone. No one has the legal right to sign into any online acct of mine but me. I write under the auspices of The First Amendment as a citizen of the U.S. and am not subject to censorship laws in any capacity.

Praise SC, TX and Protest Minnesota & Santa Barbara fake "justice"
I, Gloria Poole, RN and artist of Missouri and Georgia, am putting here the summary of prolife news and events that affect prolife activists. I am numbering them for ease of reference. These appear in the order I read them in my inbox in an email of mine. These are snippets of the articles to help publicize and the links provide the info to read entire article I referenced.
1) South Carolina news:

On behalf of tiny preborn humans, a public thank you to all who contribute to the financial support of the prolife cause, and to prolife candidates, and to the prolife cause itself.
3) And a two -tiered "justice system" on display: Quote:"A UCSB department of feminist studies professor who stole and destroyed a large sign right out of the hands of prolife campus demonstrators, then tussled up a teenage protestor who followed the educator to retrieve it". And:
"Campus authorities told the professor her actions constituted vandalism, battery and robbery, according to the police report. The Santa Barbara district attorney’s office has yet to file charges against the professor, the Santa Barbara Independent reported Tuesday."

6) Missouri extends waiting period for abortion to 3 days:
"The House and Senate each debated bills that would set the waiting period at 72 hours. Senate Bill 519 is sponsored by Sen. David Sater, R-Cassville. Rep. Kevin Elmer, R-Nixa, is sponsoring House Bill 1307." And "The House gave initial approval to Elmer’s bill in a 115-37 vote."
"Missouri would be only the third state in the nation to adopt a 72-hour waiting period. South Dakota passed a 72-hour wait period in 2011, though it went into effect in 2013. Utah passed its 72-hour bill in 2012 and it went into effect that year."
"The counseling requirements include providing information such as a description of the proposed abortion method, the anatomical and physiological characteristics of the unborn child and the immediate and long-term medical risks to the woman. The woman must also be given information about alternatives to abortion." And includes "the requirement that the physician who is to perform the abortion or a staffer under his or her supervision provide the consultation ."

Save the baby humans is gaining momentum
These are some of the prolife issues/ events in the news. These are from news sent to my inbox to publicize. So, I am putting snippets here [and to other prolife blogs of mine] to help educate the public on the issues. I am numbering them for ease of reference:

2) Connecticut HR 5326 is attempt to legalize medical killing also known as euthanasia. The prodeathers mince words trying to deceive but don't be deceived by lies and half-truths. Medical doctors should not ever write prescriptions to kill humans! And why the pharmaceutical industry is not howling loud and clear in D.C. about any attempt by any group to connect them with murder, is beyond comprehension.

HB 490, the Fetal Heartbeat Act, is sponsored by state Representative Mary Sue McClurkin (R) from Indian Springs. Rep. McClurkin said that the legislation,
“Would make it unlawful for a physician to perform an abortion on a pregnant woman if a heartbeat is detected on an unborn child.”
The bill also requires that abortion clinic keep documentation be kept showing that the fetal heartbeat test was performed." And this quote: "The Committee also passed HB 494, which strengthens Alabama’s parental consent law. "
And this quote: "The Committee also gave a favorable report to HB 489. HB 489 is sponsored by Rep. Ed Henry (R) from Decatur.
Henry said that his bill requires that a woman who wishes to have an abortion must be notified of the risk of having an abortion and that that waiting period be extended from 24 hours to 48 hours.
Rep. Hubbard told the committee, “I don’t see any reason to vote no.”

Also, I am adding a snippet about the baby boy Erik born to Simon Cowell and his paramour, as a save the baby humans thing to do. I cannot comment much more than that because the world knows the particulars of that situation. But it was a #PROLIFE thing to not abort that baby, and for that, I am grateful. All babies saved gives hope to all prolife activists.

Also, I am adding a snippet about the baby boy Erik born to Simon Cowell and his paramour, as a save the baby humans thing to do. I cannot comment much more than that because the world knows the particulars of that situation. But it was a #PROLIFE thing to not abort that baby, and for that, I am grateful. All babies saved gives hope to all prolife activists.

Educate Yourselves on the Prolife Issues

Abortions are HIGH RISK for all women of sterility and death. Don't kill your unborn children!
Also, the #personhood movement across the U s is gathering momentum. It is all 50 states now. and it bases its actions on the 14th amendment :.."No state shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States;
nor shall any state deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws." Personhood advocates are pushing to get Congress to include preborn humans in the 14th Amendment. See entire 14th Amendment below.
Also, Kansas has a Unborn Heartbeat Legislation pending. They are asking for petitioners to sign their online petition at unbornheartbeat.com. Their motto is displayed on that website.

Thanks to Sen Rand Paul of Kentucky for prolife petition
Many thanks to Kentucky's Senator Rand Paul for the #prolife petition he mailed to prolifers in December,. He is definitely a FRIEND to the preborn. I think Sen Paul Rand should be the next President of the U S. What say ye republicans? Get him nominated! It's a win-win for the U.S., for tiny humans for the human race, and for the blessings of GOD to turn away from the sin of premeditated slaughter of innocents, and to the right ways of GOD, as written in Exodus 20:13, Matthew 18:14; Jeremiah 1:5; Psalms 113:9; Genesis (:6; Deuteronomy 30:19-20; John 10:10; Proverbs 31: 8-9, in King James Holy Bible. Update on 15-Jan-2014: My apology to @SenRandPaul for reversing his name. I know his name but for some reason, I reverse it when writing it, and I think that might be because I read the apostle Paul in Bible [and all scripture, especially words of JESUS] and that seems to be programmed in my mind or something. I didn't intentionally reverse it, and discovered it today when verifying blog. Also, I urge all #prolife citizens to pray for a prolife President next go round [next federal election].
