1) I received a letter this past Saturday from KY Sen Rand Paul [@SenRandPaul on twitter] stating " prolife lawmakers can pass a Life at Conception Act and end abortion using the Constitution instead of amending it. ...A "Life at Conception" Act " declares unborn children 'persons" as defined by the 14th Amendment to the U S Constitution, entitled to legal protection. This is the one thing the Supreme Court admitted in Roe v Wade that would cause the case for legal abortion to "collapse". And letter continues: "here's where your help is critical. By turning up the heat through a massive national, grass-roots campaign in this Congress, one of two things will happen. If you and other prolife activists pour on enough pressure, prolifers can forc politicians from both parties who were elected on prolife platforms to make good on their promises and ultimately win passage of this bill. But even if the Life at Conception Act doesn't pass immediately, the public attention will send another crew of radical abortionists down in defeat in the next election. 8) National Right to Life endorses Ga's David Perdue ;"David Perdue, who was endorsed by National Right to Life on Wednesday, will be running against Michelle Nunn, a pro-abortion Democrat".
"Dr. Jody Hice–a pro-life pastor– defeated Mike Collins (54%-46%) in the 10th district. Hice, a pastor, is running as a heavy favorite against attorney Ken Dious (D), who has no clear position on abortion."
And : "Pro-Life state Senator Barry Loudermilk defeated pro-life former Congressman Bob Barr (66%-34%) in the 11th district. Loudermilk does not have a Democratic challenger, making the 11th district an almost guaranteed Republican win. Of course, some of these news snippets are very good news, and other items are for the purpose of instructing the world on the issues. Prolifers cannot afford to be ignorant on the topics that affect human life or the public laws pending and the hidden agendas of them. The prolife people in the U S and every country have to be the smartest, most well-informed, most capable with words to fight the "battle" for the right to life for all, before it becomes a civil war in the United States. If we, the good people , the prolife people can't persuade the majority to the prolife cause then, the U S will depopulate and become an irrelevant country much as Greece has and other countries of the world that tolerate sodomy and abortion. Because the nation would lose the blessings of GOD. To read the blessings for the nation that follows / obeys GOD read Deuteronomy chapter 28 , King James Holy Bible, which also contains the curses for those who do not follow or obey GOD.

8) Alabama is man up:
"On Tuesday, the Alabama House of Representative Health Committee passed four pieces of Pro-Life legislation aimed at reducing the number of babies killed in abortions in Alabama.
The legislation was prioritized by House Health Committee Chairman Jim McClendon (R) from Springville.
HB 490, the Fetal Heartbeat Act, is sponsored by state Representative Mary Sue McClurkin (R) from Indian Springs. Rep. McClurkin said that the legislation,
“Would make it unlawful for a physician to perform an abortion on a pregnant woman if a heartbeat is detected on an unborn child.”
The bill also requires that abortion clinic keep documentation be kept showing that the fetal heartbeat test was performed." And this quote: "The Committee also passed HB 494, which strengthens Alabama’s parental consent law. "
And this quote: "The Committee also gave a favorable report to HB 489. HB 489 is sponsored by Rep. Ed Henry (R) from Decatur.
Henry said that his bill requires that a woman who wishes to have an abortion must be notified of the risk of having an abortion and that that waiting period be extended from 24 hours to 48 hours.
Rep. Hubbard told the committee, “I don’t see any reason to vote no.”
