2) Courtland High School in Spotsylvania, Virginia, has a prolife club now and didn't have to wait a year after a special vote by the The Spotsylvania County School Board. On Monday they unanimously voted to let students establish such clubs more quickly so the prolife club is eatablished by new protocols of 45 days after submitting student request for club.
