I have advocated for trhe preborn humans for many years. In the course of that I learned that most quote incorrect stats on the numbers of abortions and that is because they use the falsified stats of the killing industry which publishes them to deceive law makers. So I am making this post to re-educate people on reality.
First let me remind all U S citizens that our lawful Constitution grantees to all humans the right to life. I quote:

About Fetal death reporting : CDC requires only reporting of fetal deaths of 20 weeks or more gestation and or 350 gms of birth weight of baby.

It is also related to prenatal care,socioeconomic status, marital status, and other factors surrounding the delivery. Consequently it is used with other information to plan for and evaluate the effectiveness of health care". [Comment: that quote seems to indicate that factors other than the gestational age and weight of fetus in utero is the determining factor in health care providers recommending prenatal care and delivery of live baby. Is that true? Are poor women routinely advised to abort? Are minority women routinely advised to abort? Are unmarried women routinely advised to abort? ]

So, the numbers of abortions in U S since 1973 are mind boggling and if Congress really knew them they would outlaw abortion everywhere realizing that a nation that has no human citizens is not a nation but a wilderness.
Now, point 2 is that the U S is rapidly depopulating. The CDC sorta squirrels away info on numbers of live births and a viewer has to follow several pages and links to get some info and some info isn't there. So I googled to get some and I viewed other sources also.
Quote "For a population to replenish itself in the absence of immigration, demographers estimate that there must be, on average, about 2.1 births per woman."[Google query] Sogoogle says there are 167.5 women in US x2.2=368.5 million births necessary to end depopulation of US; but births were 283,309 in 2021. CDC says there were 3,747,540 births in US in 2021 and 3,464,231 deaths in US in 2021 which means population gain in 2021 was 283,309 humans which means population grew by 0.00076881682 or 0.07688168% in 2021. That is ruinous to any nation!
Also, there is no study or research any where that I could find that comapres the pregnancies and outcomes of women who had no abortions to women who had abortions to see if abortions cause complications in subsequent births. I am certain as a Registered Nurse who worked 6 years in operating rooms that women who have abortions have scars on their uterus and cervix because of them, and that they might have incompetent cervix if they had many abortions because of mouth of womb being stretched open with metal dilators repeatedly. But those topics are routinely ignored in the medical research field because the agenda of creating propaganda to fool women outweights the moral and legal implications for some bureaucrats. The NIH study I could find quickly yesterday is labeled "IMPROVE" and while ignoring the consequences of abortion as a risk factor, they focus on non-medical factors of women to pretend to be doing something to help "minorities". I quote from NIH:

The IMPROVE approach also addresses geographic disparities and social determinants of health, including education, racism, and socioeconomic standing....

So, prolife advocates have to keep on keeping on until humans in utero are declared to be "persons" so they are protected from premeditated destruction by the 14th Amendment.
Questions to ask:
Q1: What is the problem w/ that? The humanity of humans in womb is simple human anatomy and development which every medical doctor and RN studies in school.
Q2: Where is due process for the tiny humans in the womb?
Q3: Why are the Nuremberg Code of International Laws on human research ignored in US? [That humans must consent to medical research, and that medical research cannot kill humans.]

Federal judges are not elected but appointed which gives rise to manipulating the federal circuit. Quote:"Where the executive and legislative branches are elected by the people, members of the Judicial Branch are appointed by the President and confirmed by the Senate." [Google query]

Federal Judges are supposed to uphold the U S Constitution including the right to life:
